Definitiv’s Timesheets are customised to an individual employee’s assigned roles, projects and other conditions. Rule-based, a Timesheet’s fields will adjust and pre-populate as employees makes their way through the Timesheet to save time and prevent errors in the data entry process.
Add Custom Fields
We understand each business has different requirements and in Definitiv you have the option to add as many additional fields to the Timesheet as required. You can even start reporting on any new additional field as soon as it has been added.
Once completed, Timesheets are automatically directed to assigned managers for approval, no manual intervention required. Managers are notified in Definitiv of any new and pending Timesheets waiting for review.
Define Timesheet Approvals
Rules-driven, Definitiv allows you to customise the Timesheet approval rules. Define events where multiple approvals are required or when escalation is needed.
Check Upcoming Leave Booked
Employees have access to their entire leave history in Definitiv. Their upcoming Leave Requests, with live status is readily available. Plus Managers have full access to their team members’ leave information, providing total clarity over employee leave.
Review a team member’s leave
Managers have the ability to check their team members’ leave balances at any time. They can also review their employees’ leave history patterns to identify any negative habits, such as regular “Monday sickies”.
Assess Leave Balances
Definitiv gives employees access to their current entitlements for all leave types. Employees can even check what their projected entitlements will be at a future date or review the total hours of leave they have approved.
Prevent Clashes in Leave Bookings
When reviewing a leave request, a Manager is able to review leave booked by other team members during the same period. This features ensures Managers don’t double book staff off and prevents their team from being under resourced in the future.
